Eczema Natural Treatment: Bare Facts About the Disease and Interventions You Can Do

If you suspect you are suffering from eczema, it is best that you consult with your doctor. The disease, when left unattended, may cause you a lot of discomfort and may even cause you embarrassment. Other victims have experienced disruptions in their daily activities, so do your best not to come to that point.

There are eczema natural treatment methods that you can do at home. Do the first aid to keep the problem from worsening. If you can find a home treatment that will work well for you, you are lucky. You might not need to spend money for a medical consultation and prescription drugs.

Natural Treatments for Eczema for Adults

Try doing the following eczema natural treatment methods:

* First, use tea tree oil when taking a bath. Use 8 drops of this oil and mix it with warm water. If the eczema is sitting on your scalp, use tea tree oil shampoo. Lather your hair with the shampoo, but do not rinse until a few minutes later. That should keep the wound or the blisters from getting infected.

* Second, use Aloe Vera gel. Aloe Vera is known to soothe skin and keep it dry. If you are living in temperate regions, using Aloe Vera may be the best intervention that you can do. Break the gel capsule and directly apply on the affected area. Do this three times a day or more frequently than that if you have an advanced condition.

* Third, stop using cosmetic products. This can't be helped. Those skin products have the most irritating ingredients. For the same reason, be careful about choosing your soap and detergents. Even the mildest soap and detergents can seriously worsen your agony.

Natural Treatments for Eczema in Babies

You should be cautious if the victim is your baby. Aside from the fact that his skin is very sensitive, his body is much more susceptible to chemicals.

You can use the same bathing treatment mentioned above, but bathing him with Witch Hazel and raw shea butter all over would result to more comfort. Use Aloe Vera to relieve his itching.

But nothing beats keeping his immediate surrounding spic and span. Do not expose him to extreme temperatures, and if you need to move to other place just to avoid uncomfortable temperatures, do it fast.

The Hard Facts

Understand that the disease cannot be completely cured. Experts have not yet discovered the treatment that can do so. The drugs that are prescribed by doctors are meant only to block eczema episodes from progressing.

Thus, it should not surprise if the symptoms will keep coming back. Medical scientists are still working hard to pinpoint what is exactly wrong with the immune system that's causing the eczema. Many theories as to eczema's origin are still under investigation.

Until they discover the mechanism behind the problem, you and other people with the same illness, will have to settle with temporary reliefs that current prescription drugs and every available eczema natural treatment can bring.

Eczema Natural Treatment: The Necessaries

You can do something to improve your condition. Your doctor or dermatologist would more likely give suggestions and recommendations that are stated here. They are some of the best practices you can incorporate to alleviate the uncomfortable symptoms of eczema.

Eczema Natural Treatment Methods: Doctors Getting Agreeable to Alternative Treatments

Some experts are amenable to some of the eczema natural treatment methods that have been developed so far. Consider natural treatments and take them up with your own physician.

Natural Treatment for Eczema for Adults: Healthful Practices

Consider also the following practices. Many before you have found relief by keeping these healthy practices.

* Soap and Detergents - Unfortunately, your soap or detergent may be worsening the condition every time you use it. Even those washing products which have the word "mild" in the label may also be guilty of causing you more discomfort.

It's time for you to know irritant chemicals, hunting for them in the labels and discarding the products that contain these chemicals.

* Toiletries and Perfumes - Toiletries and perfumes usually have ingredients that are no good for you. Look into those products that have alcohol, preservatives and skin-drying chemicals. Discontinue the use of products that are suspect and ask about alternatives from your skin doctor.

* Clothing - It's also time to be choosy about clothing. You may have to forego using your clothing in favor of clothing made of cotton and those that have soothing materials. Especially during hot seasons, you must do away with clothing made of wool which is the most irritating or the worst material for eczema victims like you.

* Temperature - Eczema is highly sensitive to extreme temperatures. You may have to plan your day so you'll avoid places and times when temperature is either too hot or too cold.

High temperatures with their ability to cause excessive sweating can in turn cause terrible discomfort. On the other, too low temperatures can cause the skin to shrink, which may strain or put pressure on the affected area.

* Stress - Avoid stress because stress can make you feel irritable. It has been observed with previous patients that people scratch itchy skin parts as a reaction to stress. This may not be true to you, but you will do well keeping your fingernails short or get used to rubbing itchy areas with your fingers.

* Food Allergy - Look into your foods and keep away from food items that you suspect to be causing you allergic reactions. It is not difficult to identify these allergens because something wrong is happening with your body immediately after each time you consume them.

Natural Treatment for Eczema in Babies

Eczema natural treatment types for babies might be a little different from those for adults, owing to the fact that their skin is more sensitive and their bodily systems are easily susceptible to substances being applied on their skin.

For best practices, it is important that the baby's surrounding is kept clean. The natural treatment products should also be milder than those used for adults. In any case, do not proceed with anything without conferring with your baby pediatrician.

Tummy Tuck Non-Surgical Alternatives

A tummy tuck is medical operation that is usually performed on men and women who have loose skin on the abdominal area. While many believe that it helps with to lose weight, the reality of it is that it removes the excess skin and other elements that the doctors believe can benefit reduction. While it is one of the foremost go-to procedures that many doctors recommend there are some persons who initially want to try alternatives.

Suggested Alternatives

There are a few alternatives which health buffs and exercise gurus might recommend to those who wish to get rid of their sagging abdominal skin without the benefit of the tummy tuck. One of the highly recommended alternatives is going on a diet combined with an exercise regimen aimed at the stomach. This is one of the suggestions that might really work in trimming down the abdomen of fat but might not work as fast as the person likes when it comes to getting rid of the excess and loose skin. This is because the combination of diet and exercise can basically get rid of the fat but can leave the individual with flabby skin if the skin tone is not in good shape to begin with. Younger people may be able to achieve getting rid of the flab and excess skin better than older individuals because their skin tone is elastic enough and it is possible that women might not have undergone pregnancy yet. Older people, especially women who have been pregnant, and individuals who had a beer belly up to their advance years will find it difficult to lose the excess skin without the aid of an actual surgical tummy tuck.

Non-surgical procedures that target the abdomen have also been suggested as alternatives to the operation. Many of the wellness clinics and spas cater to the need of some people to undergo non-surgical treatment for their abdominal fat and these alternatives actually work to reduce the presence of fat in the area. The question now is how to reduce the skin flap that is usually left behind after several sessions of the non-surgical alternative. There are other treatments that claim to tighten the skin around the area that has undergone the non-surgical alternative but if there is too much dermis to tighten, it may not work as much as the individual and his or her doctor desired. Many people who are obese or more than a little on the heavy side need to undergo a surgical tummy tuck to achieve the desired trimmer and leaner abdomens without the sagging skin. In defense of the non-surgical treatments for a paunch or a beer gut, the different alternatives have the potential of working if the patient is the right candidate. The problem lies in this condition; not all of the patients are the ideal candidate for these treatments.

In the long run, getting a surgical tummy tuck may save time, money and effort on the part of the patient, especially for those who are ideal candidates for it.

Eczema Natural Treatment: Things You Must Know

There are things that you can do aside from the eczema natural treatment methods that you may be already doing. Eczema can be treated at home, but you must not forget that living a healthy lifestyle, eating the right kinds of foods and keeping the surrounding clean can help augment positive results.

Natural Treatment for Eczema in Babies: Things to Do for Your Baby

There are natural treatment methods to relieve eczema symptoms that are designed for babies. If it is your baby who is affected, using tea tree oil during the baby's bath and using Witch Hazel, olive oil and/or Aloe Vera after the bath can help lessen discomfort, itchiness and, with long treatment, end an eczema episode.

Certain vegetables such as carrots and cucumbers can also be effective. Try doing some research to check how to treat with the use of vegetables. You may also discover some other vegetables to use with this search.

Natural Treatment for Eczema for Adults: What You Should Do

Aside from available eczema natural treatment methods, you'd be a lot better off doing the right thing.

* First, you need to check on the kind of diet that you are having. Eczema cases are easily exacerbated by foods that cause allergy. Check the foods that you are allergic to. By all means, keep away from those offending foods. For the same reason, check also your drinks.

Your doctor would even ask you to keep a diary of your diet. This is to check your food allergy. Just to give you an idea on checking, trigger foods cause symptoms within two hours after eating.

Some common symptoms are redness, irritation and swelling around the mouth, which may be accompanied by the worsening of eczema and itching, sneezing, itchy eyes, wheezing, vomiting and abdominal pain. In some cases, diarrhea may also occur.

* Soap, detergents and other skin products may bring more discomfort than relief. Eczema makes the skin more susceptible to irritants.

You can avoid further irritation and inflammation by using emollients during shower or when washing your hands. If using soap or detergents cannot be helped, use gloves with cotton lining.

* If you have had the condition for quite some time now, you might have already noticed that the affected area is sensitive to extreme temperatures. Make the necessary adjustments.

* Clothing materials, you may also have noticed, also affect the condition.

Wool is actually the most uncomfortable and most irritable. Cotton is the best, but some smooth man-made clothing can do the same soothing effect. If you've got none of these kinds of clothing, it's time to shop.

Eczema Natural Treatment: Age-old Health Recommendations

Nothing beats age-old health recommendations.

Fill your meals with your fruits and vegetables. Just think of natural and you can completely avoid food preparations that contain harmful additives and preservatives. Read food product labels and start throwing away preserved or processed foods. If possible, avoid restaurants and start making your own meals.

What else? Exercise to increase blood flow and make the immune system do its job efficiently. Lastly, if it applies to you, put an end to drinking and smoking. You'd do yourself a lot of service by killing those unhealthy habits at once.

Stress Balls - The Best Way to Relieve Stress

There is no denying that with a faster pace of life today, stress has tagged along in almost everyone's lifestyle. The hassle free days are gone and in today's life, you need to be up and about in order to take home the bread. However, this rat race has its debilitating consequences some of which are fatal. Stress has been cited by medical professionals as one of the biggest modern killers hence the need for creative stress relievers.

One of the most ubiquitous tools for relieving stress today has to be stress balls. At a glance, you might even think this is a joke especially if you have been looking for sophisticated solutions advocated by quality life gurus. This ball can be classified as a simple malleable toy which you hold in your hands to relieve tension in your muscles. Traditionally, they were made using foam rubber but today, some include gel inside hence they vary in terms of density.

The reason for the popularity of the balls as stress relievers is of course the simplicity of usage. All you need to do is squeeze over and over and as this happens, your hand and arm muscles relax and this is replicated throughout your body. They come in handy when you cannot concentrate especially in an office situation. In essence, they are versatile and can be used anywhere due to their size. Unlike most stress relief options, stress balls do not involve unrealistic demands.

Another reason why you need a stress ball in your office is the fact that it helps to tone your muscle and also develop dexterity. For example, if you are right handed, you will mostly handle the ball in your left hand which means these muscles will be toned and your less active hand will with time be able to handle more tasks albeit simpler ones. Unlike other relievers, these balls are also cheap hence you will not be piling financial pressure on already existing stress.

Stress balls have also become much hyped due to the myriad shapes, colors and designs which are available. You can get unique shapes ranging from alligators, ambulance, aliens, airplane, eggs and apple-shapes to mention a few. What's more, there are thousands of colors to choose from and most online stores offer you the chance to customize these balls. A color scheme is provided and all you need is to select your blend before ordering. You can also include an imprint with any font including Arial, Futura, and Palatino among others.

In essence, these stress relievers are designed to make you have fun while at the same time getting back your groove on. So, go online and get one of these balls and your days in the office will not be filled with drudgery anymore.

It can be difficult to focus on other tasks when you are in a lot of pain. Eating Tips for Lowering Your Cholesterol

Cholesterol is a waxy, fat-like substance made in the liver and other cells, and found in certain foods such as animal products like dairy, eggs, and meat. Cholesterol plays important roles in the body including the production of sex and adrenal hormones and vitamin D. However, problems arise when an accumulation of 'bad' cholesterol occurs in the arterial walls resulting in plaque formation. These deposits of plaque are the defining feature of atherosclerosis which causes various cardiovascular diseases including heart attacks and strokes due to blockage of blood flow or travelling blood clots. Low-density lipoproteins, otherwise known as LDL or 'bad' cholesterol, are known to cause the build up of plaque along artery walls. Simply put, the more LDL you have, the greater cholesterol there will be in your blood.

What defines a fat to be "good" or "bad"? Saturated fats have been linked to an increased risk of heart disease by increasing total cholesterol levels. The two foods containing mostly saturated fats are beef and dairy products. Not all saturated fats can negatively impact your health and each type of fat causes different biochemical effects on our tissues. Regardless of these facts, saturated fats are grouped together and labeled as the "bad guy". Saturated fats are classified by their length which is proportional to the number of carbon atoms they contain. In many naturally occurring saturated fats, the length can range from 12 to 24 carbon atoms. Since there is no one food that contains only one type of saturated fat, it is best to keep high saturated foods to a minimum.

So now you must be asking, what are some natural foods available that help to lower your LDL cholesterol? High-fiber foods such as oatmeal contain soluble fiber, which latches onto the bile in your gut and you then excrete it. The reason why this lowers your cholesterol is because cholesterol is needed to produce bile! So the more bile you get rid of, the more cholesterol your body has to use up. These soluble fibers can be found in many foods including lentils, kidney beans, oranges, apples, pears, barley, strawberries, blueberries, flaxseeds, cucumber, celery, and carrots. Omega-3 fatty acids can be found in certain fish, which also aid to lower your blood pressure and risk of atherosclerosis. These fatty acids can be found in fish such as salmon, mackerel, lake trout, herring, and halibut. You can also get these omega-3's from fish oil, flaxseed, and canola oil. Polyunsaturated fats can be found in walnuts, sunflower, sesame, and chia seeds, unsalted peanuts, peanut butter, olive oil, and even seaweed. These are the "healthy fats" that help to reduce your cholesterol. Just remember to eat these foods in moderation, since they are usually calorie dense! Finally, foods with naturally occurring phytosterols can be found in soybeans and flaxseed lignans. Phytosterols are similar to cholesterols, but are derived from plant sources, and thus compete with cholesterol for absorption. Hopefully this list will provide you with a wide variety of healthy foods and ingredients that you can incorporate in your daily diet!

How To Take Better Care Of Yourself After A Heart Attack

Life is really put into perspective when you suffer a heart attack. After such a medical emergency, you wonder if you will ever be able to enjoy all of the activities you once did. You may even feel as if you need to be coddled and monitored for an extended period of time. This is just not the case. After a myocardial infarction, the damaged muscle will need time to heal. It will take about one to two months for scar tissue to fully form and to prepare the muscle to handle moderate to heavy activity once again. During this time, it is important to avoid stress and physical activity.

After recuperating from a heart attack, it is actually recommended that the patient begin to engage in physical activity again. Aerobic exercise is helpful. Walking, swimming, or biking allows the body to learn to use oxygen more efficiently. This puts less stress on the muscle that pumps oxygen-rich blood throughout the body. Moderate exercise is important to promoting overall health as well. It brings bad cholesterol levels down, reduces stress, lowers blood pressure levels, and helps people manage their weight.

Doctors that treat heart attack patients also encourage their patients to make some dramatic dietary changes. Individuals should cut out saturated fats and start eating nutrient-rich foods that strengthen blood vessels and repair damaged cells. Foods that contain omega-3 fatty acids are said to help prevent inflammation, blood clotting, and blood pressure spikes. These unsaturated fats can be found in fish, nuts, beans, and whole grain oats.

Consuming a lot of fruits and vegetables is also part of a new healthy lifestyle. Fruits and vegetables are concentrated sources of phytonutrients. These are organic compounds that have antioxidants, anti-inflammatories, and even cancer-fighting properties. Patients should add colorful produce items to their diets. Some of these choices could include berries, leafy greens, carrots, apples, grapes, tomatoes, and anything else that has a distinctive hue. The phytonutrients are what give these foods their brilliant shades.

With a little discipline and the right diet and exercise plan, heart attack survivors can get change their lifestyle and get into better shape. If you are recovering from such an incident, you don't have to feel like your days are numbered. Instead of fretting, make an effort to avoid stressful situations and take better care of yourself. Feeling great will give you a new outlook on life and can allow you to be more active and healthy.

Foul Smelling Flatulence: A Tool for Psychological Warfare

We humans carry out two types of violence. The physical violence and the mental or the psychological violence.

You may wonder what flatulence has to do with the violence.

Flatulence has been used as a tool to carry out the psychological violence. When we talk about violence, we usually refer to physical violence. Physical violence is material in nature. Its effects are often immediate and obvious.

We may believe that only physical violence is widespread. The reality is that the psychological violence is just as much prevalent as physical one. We are just beginning to recognize this form of the violence.

We are one of the best tool devising animals on the planet. We have uncanny abilities to invent all different types of tools to satisfy our needs. We have effectively turned, flatulence, an otherwise natural phenomena into an object of satire and humor.

This identification makes us wary of everything that has to do with passing gas. We know that we easily and involuntarily associate guilt and feeling of wrongdoing when we pass gas. It makes us conscious and it embarrasses us. We fear we would be ridiculed and judged.

Maybe there is an implicit assumption that just like the defecation, the flatulence should not be exercised in public. And as we will see there are valid reasons for holding such assumptions.

From a practical perspective, if there are people around you, it causes them discomfort for sure. If you think of this yourself, when you smell the bad gas, it is not a comforting feeling. You really wouldn't like to go through that experience yourself. Just the same way, you should not cause others to go through that experience.

In this sense, the general attitude about passing gas is not completely out-of-place. The roots of such an attitude lie in the potentially discomforting nature of the flatulence.

The discomfort that others may experience is going to be momentary. Because in reality the length of the episodes is very small, consisting only of few seconds. But there are exceptions. The exception is when someone is having a very high frequency with consistency of foul smell. They are indeed exceptions and they do call for attention.

Ironically, in some sense, the prevalent attitude may be helpful to those who have a high frequency of foul smelling gas. They do need to take action and seek medical help. They may feel compelled to take action, given the pressure they feel from others.

Although the situation is as simple as it may initially appear. How potently flatulence can be used against you depends upon multiple factors.

It depends how bad you suffer from it. Occasional instances of bad smelling gas are not a big problem. Also it is not much of a problem if you are not too much loud. Another factor is the presence of people around you. If no one is around you it is definitely a non issue.

But the point is that for the majority of people the situation doesn't call for the mental harassment that these people are subjected to.

For the infrequent scenario we assumed that you do not have any other accompanying disease conditions. Many times passing too much gas, especially bad smelling one could indicate a disease or intolerance which needs medical attention. In such cases, passing gas may not be that benign.

Often people feel comfortable around family members. Also within the family, people are usually familiar with each others habits. They may be using humor around flatulence within the family setting. It is not clear how appropriate it is to use such humor. As it definitely contributes to perpetuating the notion that passing gas is a shameful practice.

But the point is that people usually do not feel embarrassed or guilty when they are around supportive people. Some people have a complete don't care attitude about the issue. No mater what type of setting they are in, familiar or non-familiar, they are completely okay about passing gas and are not deterred by perceptions of what others may think of them.

We can say they have an inherently strong mental disposition. They are much less vulnerable and are good at defending themselves if an attack is launched against them.

But not everyone is that strong. The nature of flatulence is such that it doesn't follow any particular schedule. It is a natural bodily activity which has its own schedule and hence can strike at any time. It can catch you in a public situation which can easily make you feel shameful and embarrassed.

Using restroom every time you have the urge to pass gas, is not really a practical solution. Although if it can be practiced it will definitely lead to a better outcome.

As we can see there are multiple factors at play here.

Before I tell you how to fix the foul smelling gas, you really need to ask to yourself. If you are passing bad smelling gas, do you really need to do anything about it?

The answer will be different for different people. It may be indicative of a serious underlying situation which you need to rule out. Once you have ruled out any serious health problems, it actually depends upon your mental strength.

The fact of the matter is that, flatulence can be and will be used against you as a psychological weapon. The question is whether you need help to deal with that you can survive on your own.

Assuming you have a problem and if you are strong willed, you would be okay. But not everyone has that strong a will and they can use help to deal with their situation.

Say Goodbye to Insomnia the Natural Way

Insomnia is not a rare malady. It is a disorder that can take a toll on one's health. Many are convinced of this fact and are then willing to move heaven and hell just to put an end to months of sleepless nights. Luckily there is a wide variety of remedies to try which are proven to work. If you are one of the big chunk of the population who prefer to "go natural" there are several suggested natural remedies that would put an end to sleepless nights. Find out what they are.

Calming herbs and teas

Valerian is a popular herb recommended for insomniacs. Now available as an over-the-counter insomnia remedy for valerian has been found to have the same effect as sleeping pills. But unlike sleeping pills valerian is not addictive and does not cause grogginess in the morning.

Kava is another herb that has been found useful in dealing with anxiety-related insomnia. Although it is an effective anti-anxiety herb kava has been found to have adverse effects on the liver and should therefore be used with caution.

Sleep inducing supplements

Calcium and magnesium are both sleep boosting minerals. When taken together, these two minerals enhance each other's sleep boosting property. Taking 200 mg of magnesium and 600 mg of calcium every night is recommended.

Melatonin which is a naturally occurring substance in the body is another popular insomnia remedy. Depleted levels of this hormone can cause difficulty in sleeping so taking melatonin supplements 30 minutes before desired bedtime is found to help people fall asleep.

Relaxation techniques

Relaxation techniques which include yoga and meditation are effective in calming and preparing the body and for a restful sleep. Studies have indicated that people who do 20 minutes of relaxation techniques like yoga stretching exercises, meditation and deep breathing fall asleep faster and feel well rested when they wake up.

Aromatherapy and music therapy

English lavender has been confirmed to have sedative qualities. Sleeping in a room filled with the scent of lavender oil may help you have a deeper, longer, and more refreshing sleep.

We all know how lullabies work in putting babes to sleep. Music does wonders for insomniacs too. Studies have shown that listening to slow and gently music before bedtime lulls insomniacs to sleep. Music therapy not just induces sleep but it also improves quality of sleep and prolongs sleep time according to researches.

Acupuncture

Studies done by the University of Pittsburg show that acupuncture may effectively treat insomnia. The study reports that undergoing five weeks of acupuncture increases melatonin production at night which improves sleep.

Diet

The effect of a diet on health cannot be denied. Insomniacs then should avoid foods that perk up their system like drinks that contain caffeine like coffee, tea and some sodas. Chocolate bars should be avoided too for they contain caffeine. Sweets should also be avoided especially at night because sugar gives bursts of energy which can keep one awake for hours.

Whole grain snacks on the other hand which are rich in tryptophan and magnesium rich foods like legumes, almonds, seeds and dark leafy green vegetables help promote sleep and therefore best for dinner so that one can look forward to a restful sleep.

You can learn another natural and effective way of dealing with insomnia by visiting our MagicSleep.net website.

5 Tips to Get All the Vitamins and Minerals You Need

Your body needs a lot of different vitamins and minerals every single day to stay healthy. To know exactly what to eat and how often to eat it to cover your daily needs can be hard. We both need water soluble and fat soluble vitamins to function and survive, and in addition to that we need minerals. Seeing an educated nutritional advisor or dietitian can be very expensive, and is often not needed if you are a normal, healthy being. Below are five tips that will get you on your way to good health.

1. Eat foods containing fat soluble vitamins at least two - three times a week

Fat soluble vitamins stays stored in the body for quite some time, so you don't need to consume them every single day. The best way to cover your needs is to eat fatty fish two to three times a week. 200 grams (7 oz) of salmon will give you twice the recommended amount of for example vitamin D. If you live in a place with a lot of sun (UV index above 3), you can also get your recommended amount of vitamin D through sun exposure to the skin. 20 minutes a day on your hands and face will give you more than enough to cover your daily needs.

2. Eat foods containing water soluble vitamins every single day

Water soluble vitamins will be flushed out of your body every day, so you need to consume foods that contain them on a daily basis. Eat foods like bell peppers, citrus fruits, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, sweet potatoes, spinach, lettuce and apples daily. A serving should be about 100 grams (3.5 oz), and you should eat three servings each day consisting of different kinds of greens and fruit. A green smoothie is a viable, but not necessary, way to achieve this.

3. Get enough fiber

Eating three servings of greens and fruits each day will provide you with a lot of fiber, but chances are you still don't get enough. Don't be afraid of whole grain pasta and bread to get enough fiber in your diet.

4. Eat a variety of foods to get enough minerals

You should eat at least three different servings of low fat diary each day (cheese, a glass of milk etc.) to make sure you get enough calcium. You should also eat whole grain pasta and bread to get other minerals like magnesium, potassium, selenium and inulin. It's both healthy and smart to switch things up a bit. You don't need to eat the same things every day, which can get boring. Switching things up will also help ensure that you get a more complete array of vitamins and minerals through your diet.

5. Stay away from juices

Juices that you buy in the store are often marketed as healthy, which is false. Juices are a large source of sugar, and the makers also strip away all the fiber when they make them. You will not get a lot healthier drinking juices, so just stick with whole fruits. That way you get fiber, reduced sugar intake and vitamins and minerals.
